Packing:
The packing methods we use are tried and tested, and are considered ideal and the most reliable to ensure that the various products reach your home in perfect condition. We aim at precision, but since the deli meats and cheeses are priced per item, the weight might vary: effective weight could be slightly higher or lower for the salami, cheese or soprassata you receive. For sure, we will not mistake in sending you a sausage for a salami!

Delivery:
In shipping our gastronomic products, we will place particular attention on maintaining the freshness and organic nature of the product and will make sure that it is preserved perfectly. To achieve these requisites, MrTuscany reduces storage time to the minimum, making twice weekly shipments: on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipments are carried out by MailBoxes Etc. who, aside from offering a reliable and quick delivery, provide excellent conditions for the transportation of goods.

Payment and security of transactions

Cancellations and the Right to Rescind (ex art. 5 D.LGS. no. 185/1999
“The customer has the right to rescind from the present agreement, without penalty and without the obligation of specifying the reason, within and no later than ten working days after receiving the goods”. The right to rescind cannot be exercised with regard to the acquisition of goods that, by their very nature, cannot be shipped back or are subject to any deterioration or rapid alteration. The right to rescind is exercisable by writing, within the aforementioned stipulated time, to the head office of Megacom Srl, Piazza P. Vettori 9, int. 4, 50143 Firenze, Italy via registered letter with a returned receipt. Correspondence may even be sent, within the same stipulated time period, by telegram, or facsimile (fax number 00390552280325), provided that confirmation of same is sent via registered letter within the following 48 hours.

In the event that the goods have already been delivered, the customer is bound to send them back to Megacom within ten days. Shipping charges for the return of the merchandise will be at the customer’s expense. Megacom will reimburse the customer for the goods within ten days after receipt of same by Megacom.
